    February 2014.

Wow! In to February already. No resolutions made this year so none to break.

In 2012 the London Screenwriters' Festial initiated a competition to write a short script on the subject "50 Kisses. While the theme of this competition is love, you can interpret that theme any way you wish. The only stipulation is that the story must contain at least one kiss. Think about it, there are many ways you can interpret that kiss (or kisses) and the theme of love."

I entered a short script called "Love Across Time" and was in the Near Misses. However, the 50 scripts that won have been made by filmmakers across the world and compiled into a feature length presentation which is being screened this Thursday 13th February, the day before Valentines' Day.

If you want to do something special this Thursday, the day before Valentines' Day, why not buy tickets to the premiere of 50 Kisses.

They sold out last year and as the festival is getting bigger, better and even more carefully organised, they will sell out again soon. If you are serious about screenwriting, even if you aren't, treat yourself. You will get so much from it.
